Privacy Policy

Talkano ("we") is a SaaS service that lets businesses manage their Instagram inboxes and reply automatically with AI. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account information: email address and workspace (org) name.
• Access tokens for connected Instagram accounts — stored encrypted.
• Messages your customers send via Instagram and the replies generated for them — processed and stored to run the inbox.
• Your knowledge base: products, Q&As, documents and the images you upload — stored to train your assistant.

How we use data

We use data only to provide the service: to display incoming messages, generate AI replies, and send replies automatically with your approval or above your confidence threshold. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party processors

For infrastructure we use Supabase (database/authentication) and Vercel (hosting). AI replies are generated with enterprise AI infrastructure managed by Talkano; your knowledge base is used only to run your assistant.

Data deletion

When you delete a workspace, all related conversations, messages and tokens are permanently deleted. To request the deletion of a specific customer's data, you can contact us.
