Delivery and Refund Terms

Nature of the service

Talkano is a cloud-based (SaaS) digital service. The monthly feature plans and usage quotas you purchase do not include any physical product; they are provided entirely in an electronic environment. For that reason there is no shipping, no delivery fee and no delivery time.

Delivery (provision of the service)

The moment your payment is approved through the iyzico infrastructure, the plan and/or quota you purchased is credited to your Talkano account automatically and instantaneously. There is no waiting period; you can start using the service right away. If you run into a problem after payment (for example the quota is not credited), reach out to us at info@roomanos.com and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

Refund terms

Because the digital service is performed instantaneously, as a rule there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (see the Distance Sales Agreement). Even so, for customer satisfaction we apply the following goodwill refund terms:

• For a plan/quota that is entirely unused, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
• For a partly used quota, only the unused portion is eligible for a refund; consumed usage is not refunded.
• If a technical fault prevented you from benefiting from the service at all, we refund the relevant amount where the problem cannot be resolved.
• Requests where abuse is detected (for example using the service and then asking for a full refund) may be declined.

How to request a refund

It is enough to send your refund request from the email address on your account to info@roomanos.com. Your request is reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are made to the same card / payment method used for the payment; it usually takes a few business days to appear at your bank.
