Calendar and Reservations are now separate, and your bookings live in your phone's calendar
Calendar and Reservations are now two separate pages in the menu. With a single link you can add your bookings to iPhone, Google or Outlook calendar and share them with your team.
The menu now has two separate pages under "General". Both show the same bookings; pick the one that fits the job.
Two separate pages
- Calendar. Day, week and timeline views. Bookings awaiting your decision sit in a single strip above the calendar.
- Reservations. Every booking in one list grouped by day, with Upcoming, Pending, Past and Cancelled filters and search. The number of bookings awaiting your decision shows as a badge in the menu.
Your bookings in your phone's calendar
- Use Add to calendar on the Calendar page to create a link: for one calendar (a doctor, a room) or for all of them.
- On iPhone it goes into Apple Calendar with one tap; on a computer into Google or Outlook. Scan the QR code with a phone or send the link to your team on WhatsApp; whoever gets it doesn't need a Talkano account.
- Every change in Talkano (a new booking, a reschedule, a cancellation) shows up in the phone's calendar on its own. Apple updates within minutes; Google on its own schedule, sometimes after a few hours.
- Each event's title shows the customer's name and the service, and its notes show what was done on that booking and when.
- With Hide details on, phone, notes and history are left out; only initials and the time are shown.
- Links are issued by the business owner and admins. Each link has a name and can be turned off with one click; a turned-off link never works again.
- Google Calendar on Android can't subscribe from a link: open the link once on a computer and add it to Google, and it shows up on the phone too.

Attendance check: the assistant asks your customer "Will you be coming?"
On the calendars you switch it on for, the assistant asks the customer before the appointment and records the answer in your calendar; you see the day's status at a glance above the calendar.
We added an Attendance check card to Settings on the Calendar page. Every calendar starts switched off; you decide which ones to turn on.
How it works
- 1, 3 or 7 days before the appointment, at the time you choose (09:00–20:00), the customer is asked "Will you be coming?". You can add a short note to the message.
- A booking made after the reminder time has passed is asked 24 hours before the appointment. No messages go out between 21:00 and 09:00.
- Messages from the same number go out 1–2 minutes apart, not back to back, which protects your number.
- If the customer says they're coming, the booking is marked Coming. If they say they can't make it, the booking is never cancelled on its own: a note is added, you get an email, and the assistant asks whether to cancel or move it to another day.
Today's attendance checks
- A summary of the day above the calendar: Queued, Asked, Coming, Can't come, Unreachable (call) and the share confirmed. Open the list to see whom you need to call.
- On any booking you can choose Ask now, Mark as coming or Don't ask for this booking.
Good to know
- It works on WhatsApp Web and Telegram. On Instagram, if the customer hasn't written in the last 24 hours the question can't be sent and the booking goes to the "Unreachable (call)" list.

Approval for booking cancellations and changes
A customer's request to cancel or reschedule can now come to you for approval, and your decision can be sent to them as a short message.
We added two new options to the Settings section of the Reservations page. Both start switched off; turn them on if they suit your business.
New options
- Send cancellations and changes to me for approval. When a customer asks to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, the booking does not change right away: it becomes a request in your "Awaiting your decision" list. The slot stays taken until you decide; approve and it is applied, decline and the booking stays as it was.
- Tell the customer my decision. Your decision is written into the customer's chat as a short, fixed message. Customers the message cannot reach go to a "To follow up" list, so you don't forget to call them.
Dashboard improvements
- Awaiting your decision. New requests, cancellations and changes in one list, with the customer's latest note alongside.
- Why a move was refused. When you drag a booking to a time that doesn't work, you now see why: that day's working hours, a taken slot or a closed day.
- No moves into the past. A booking can't be moved to a time that has already passed.
- No empty promises. On a pending request the assistant no longer says "you'll get a confirmation message"; it says the booking will be final once the business confirms.

🤖 Document agent: rooms with a confirmation request drop off your list
When an agency sends a WhatsApp confirmation request with dates and a room number, the document agent removes that room from those nights' rows and the assistant stops offering it.
If you upload your room list every few days, a room sold between two uploads could still look free to your assistant. Now you can assign a 🤖 document agent to any document: when an agency asks for confirmation, it updates the list for you.
How it works
- Closed on confirmation. When a WhatsApp (QR-linked) message with dates and a room number arrives, such as "16.10.2026 18.10.2026, room 407, please confirm", room 407 is removed from those nights' rows; the assistant and instant answers stop offering it on those nights.
- One document. The change is made in the document itself; there is no separate list.
- Clear messages only. Messages that switch rooms night by night, offer options like "408 instead of 407", mention a cancellation or a condition, or don't name the room clearly are left alone.
- Every change is visible. The agent's changes are listed with 🤖 together with the message they came from. If a request is declined or cancelled, "Reopen" writes the room back into the row.
- Your new list wins. When you upload a new list, the list you uploaded applies.
To turn it on: Documents → your room list document → Instant answer → 🤖 Document agent. It is off by default.

Phone number filter for WhatsApp
You now choose which numbers the assistant talks to.
In Flow you can add a “Number filter” block between WhatsApp and the assistant. You pick one of two modes:
- Everyone except blocked: the assistant does not reply to listed numbers, and replies to everyone else.
- Allowed only: the assistant replies only to listed numbers and groups.
While the list is empty the channel is open to everyone. Numbers are entered with their country code and validated before they are added; groups can be listed too. A filtered message still reaches your inbox, but the AI does not run and it does not count toward your usage. You can also add to the list in one click from the inbox.
- Improvement
Long replies now arrive in full on Instagram
Replies longer than Instagram's single-message limit are now split at natural break points and sent in order, so your customer gets the whole answer.
Instagram limits how long a single message can be. When your assistant wrote a long, detailed answer, it could run past that limit and fail to arrive. Long replies are now split into a few messages and sent in order. Nothing to configure on your side; the update is already live.
What changed?
- Delivered in full. Long replies reach your customer in full, across a few messages.
- Natural breaks. Messages are split at the end of a paragraph or sentence, never in the middle of a word.
- Your own replies too. Long replies you write in the dashboard, and drafts you approve, are sent the same way.
- Your inbox matches. You see the messages exactly as your customer does, in the same order.

A sharper, more honest AI assistant
We upgraded the AI behind your assistant to a new generation: it handles hard questions more carefully and hands off to you instead of guessing when it doesn't know.
We upgraded the AI your assistant runs on to a new generation. Nothing to configure on your side; the update is already live on every channel.
What got better?
- Sharper answers. For comparisons, "which one is better?", complaints or messages with several questions, the assistant now thinks more carefully before replying.
- No made-up answers. When a question has no answer in your knowledge base, it says so plainly and hands the conversation to you instead of guessing.
- Test chat now matches live. Replies you try in the dashboard come from the same engine your customers see.
- Always on. We monitor the AI's health continuously; if something hiccups, the assistant switches to a backup path instead of going silent.
- Pricing
Plan prices updated
Starter ₺1,400 and Pro ₺3,600 per month (VAT included). Existing subscriptions keep their current price until 1 January 2027.
We have updated our plan prices:
- Starter — ₺1,400 per month (VAT included)
- Pro — ₺3,600 per month (VAT included)
If you already have a subscription, nothing changes right now. You continue on your current price, and that holds until 1 January 2027. From that date existing subscriptions move to the current price as well; the change applies at your next renewal, not in the middle of a period you have already paid for. You do not need to cancel anything or re-enter your card.
All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.

Reseliva support for hotels on Butiksoft
Room availability and rates now stream live from Reseliva — a second hotel engine alongside HotelRunner.
Until now only HotelRunner could be connected. Hotels running on Butiksoft can now connect through Reseliva.
The moment you connect, availability and rates for the period ahead are pulled in, then refreshed on a rolling basis — near dates often, distant dates less so. So when a guest asks "is next Saturday free?", the assistant looks it up instead of guessing.
One hotel system per business.

Listing sync for RE/MAX agents
Your remax.com.tr listings are read automatically; the assistant answers price, location and room questions straight from them.
Real estate agents no longer enter listings by hand. You connect with your name and phone number, and your listings are pulled in and kept up to date.
When a customer asks "how much is this one?" or "how many rooms?", the assistant answers from the listing itself. When a listing is removed, the assistant stops quoting it.
Available on Pro and Custom plans.
