Description of the service

Talkano lets businesses connect their Instagram Business accounts and reply automatically to incoming messages with AI. Automatic sending operates according to the confidence threshold you set; replies below the threshold are queued for human review.

Your responsibilities

• You must be the owner or an authorized user of the Instagram, WhatsApp or website account you connect.
• You are responsible for the replies generated by the AI and for their delivery to your customers. We recommend that you set the threshold and your brand instructions accordingly.
• You must comply with the Meta Platform Policies and rules such as Instagram's 24-hour messaging window.

Usage quotas

AI replies are generated through Talkano’s own infrastructure; you do not need to provide a separate AI key. Usage is deducted from the credits in your account. Each business starts with a set amount of free credit; when credits run out the assistant pauses and messages go to your inbox. Current plan and credit details are on the Pricing section.

The service is provided "as is." The accuracy of the AI replies is not guaranteed. Talkano cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the content of automatically sent replies.
