Data Deletion Instructions

Talkano (talkano.ai) is a service that lets businesses answer their Instagram and website messages with AI. When you want your data deleted, you can use one of the methods below.

1. From the dashboard (instant)

When you sign in to the Talkano dashboard and delete your business (workspace) from the Settings section, the connected account tokens, all conversations, messages, knowledge base and files you uploaded are permanently deleted.

2. Request by email

If you cannot open your account or you want data belonging to a specific person deleted, write your request to info@roomanos.com. We process your request within 30 days at the latest and permanently delete the data.

Removing the Instagram connection

You can remove your Instagram account's connection to Talkano at any time via Instagram > Settings > Apps and websites. When the connection is removed, the related access token is invalidated.
